Leadership
Ever the optimist, Robert's natural leadership style and the principles he strives for have in part been shaped by his belief that if you show people you care they are more likely to follow you if you can lead by example. He has been influenced by other great leaders like Myles Munroe and Peter Drucker who taught him the true meaning of a leader:

Overcoming Adversity
Robert has overcome a lot of adversity in his life. In his view, it builds personal resilience and character if you learn how to overcome your obstacles. Every difficult situation we have to confront in life, will serve to our strengths and our will. Robert believes our confidence and our ability to face challenges head-on early, helps us eliminate future potential challenges.

Resilience
At the heart of failure or success adversity strikes. Facing this adversity and confronting difficult circumstances is something called resilience. Robert has proven over his career and life that no matter what he will rise above any limitations. How is it that some people can develop their own personal 'resilience' strategies and plan and reach maximum results from it? In organizations across the board or life or both happening at the same time. There in the dark watching is adversity waiting for that moment, to come out and strike the one who it feels is the least prepared to push through the pain.

Change
Through compelling personal examples, Robert shares how change was forced upon him and how today he has grown to love change. It has revolutionized his thinking and how he implements training and empowers organizations, sports teams and secondary education schools. He extols the virtues and benefits in establishing a Winners Win mindset if they are quick to adapt to change.
|
Teamwork
While most productive teams share common goals, even a common vision, Robert's perspectives on teamwork reinforce the view that more can be achieved together. A good example of teamwork is in the adjacent illustration of the ants carrying the stick across. They are not big enough to do it alone, they have to work together so the job is done efficiently and as accurate as possible. As the old saying goes, "Team Work Makes The Dream Work".

Risk vs. Reward
Robert is one who understands the risk vs. the reward outcome. He has trained organizations on how to determine if the risk is worth the risk for the reward at the end. He has saved companies from losing money and helped companies increase their profits by his one basic formula. He understands how important it is to make the right decisions as an employee and CEO. In his experience the difference from a company being at a loss or gaining profits is understanding their real risk vs reward. Robert knows that sometimes it's not always the bigger problems that should be the focus. It's the smaller issues we ignore due to our tunnel vision on the bigger problems that cause hardships within an organization.
